Salted Maple Cold Foam
Add salted maple cold foam to your morning coffee or black teas. This cold foam has a deep flavor with notes of sweet, nuttiness, and caramel with a pinch of salt.

Ingredients
¼
cup
2% milk (or milk of choice)
(2 oz)

tbsp
heavy whipping cream, optional, for thicker foam
(1 oz)

tbsp
maple syrup
pinch
kosher salt
Instructions
Add the milk, heavy cream if using, maple syrup, and salt into a tall glass. Use the hand held frother for 30-40 seconds until the milk thickens.
Add ice to your drink and pour the salted maple cold foam over coffee or tea. Enjoy right away.
Notes
Use any milk or non-dairy milk. 2% and non-fat milk froth the best. For non-dairy milk, soy or almond milk froth the best.
Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla if preferred.
